Crispy Matcha Hearts & Chocolate Covered Strawberries Feb 13 Written By DiningDeliciously It’s Valentine's Day weekend and that means we can eat a lot of chocolate!!! 💕🍫💝 (We can eat chocolate whenever we want, but I usually think chocolate when thinking about Valentine’s). This year, I decided to make my own chocolate treats and they came out delicious! Not only is it easy but you can have as much chocolate covered strawberries and matcha hearts as you want! The strawberries are so fresh and juicy, and the matcha hearts are so unique and crunchy! 😋🥰If anyone has been following my stories you know I already tried these matcha hearts! I used the Crispy Matcha Bites recipe by @isabels_vegan_sweets . I had to sub out vegan white chocolate for regular white chocolate, and did some pink white chocolate drizzle to fit the occasion! It’s crispy with every bite! (Recipe linked here!)For the strawberries, I melted @traderjoes Belgium Dark Chocolate bars, dipped the strawberries in them, drizzled with some pink food colored white chocolate, and set them in the fridge for 30 mins. ALSO make sure the strawberries are dry! Chocolate does NOT like water and I learned that the hard way so you guys don’t need to go through that. 😅Hope you all are giving & receiving some love from loved ones, especially if that love is you! 💕 DiningDeliciously
