Many thanks to healthy nibble’s recipe which is super easy to follow. And since I’m more about the sauce, I doubled the spinach portion and added more spices to taste. I think anyone who loves warmth and curry should give this a try.
And for those who don’t know, this dish is called Palak Paneer, and it is a vegetarian dish made up of Palak (spinach, in Hindi and most parts of India) and Paneer (Indian cottage cheese).
