2 ingredient red lentil taco wraps! Found on That Vegan Babe’s page and it’s too easy not to try. I’m forever thankful to have this simple wrap recipe in my rotation 🙌🏻.
Vegan, high protein, low carb, and all you need is 1 cup dry lentils and 2 cups water. In short, soak ingredients for at least 3 hours, blend it together, and pan fry.

Here, I paired these to make steak tacos topped with avocados, shallots, pineapple, greek yogurt, cilantro and hot sauce.
