Jajangmyeon - Korean Black Bean Noodles
When my Korean boyfriend introduced me to this dark colored noodle dish, I’m gonna be honest, it took a few tries to overcome my initial bias of its look. But, I definitely have learned to love them, and even crave them now.
Although, each time we get this at a restaurant, he says how it’s not as good as he remembers. If anyone has any recommendations on where to get some good Jajangmyeon on the east coast, let me know! In the meantime, you will just have to take his word that this recipe from Hyosun is, quote, “the best he’s ever had”. So, many thanks to @koreanbapsang for this recipe!!!
