BBQ Beef Brisket
Ingredients
Protein
3-4 lb beef brisket
Rub
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp paprika powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
Marinade
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp mustard powder
3/4 cup water
Directions
Mix all the Rub ingredients in a small bowl and rub it all over the brisket.
Mix all the Marinade ingredients into the pressure cooker pot.
Add the rubbed brisket into the pot and flip it around a couple times to immerse it into the sauce.
Pressure cook on high for 60 mins, with 15 mins natural release followed by quick release for the remaining pressure.
[Optional] Broil, Sauté (pressure cooker option), or air-fry on high for 5 mins to get a nice outside crust.
Slice brisket thinly and serve with the BBQ sauce.
