1 rack of pork ribs
Marinade
1/2 cup oyster sauce (brand = Lee Kum Kee Panda for best results)
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/2 cup water
Directions
Mix together your ribs, oyster sauce and black pepper.
Add into your instant pot and pour over water.
Pressure cook on high for 20 mins, slow release for 15 mins and fast release afterwards.
