Whipped Cream Cheese Banana Bread w/ Oat Flour

Repurposing leftover ingredients like it was intentional 😏. If you’re like me and don’t cook for an entire family, it gets challenging using a whole bag of ingredients while it’s fresh. This happened to me where I was about to throw away three overly ripe bananas and whipped cream cheese I only used...twice.

My cravings said I wasn’t going to eat those bananas or go to the store only for bagels. Plus my roommate bought a huge tub of rolled oats that they realized they didn’t like so it is just sitting there waiting for the expiration date.

You guys...did you know you can make oat flour by putting oats into a blender? Simple as that??

And this is how I discovered this banana bread recipe! So easy, so fast, and so delicious!!
