Strawberry Coconut Frozen Yogurt Bark

Last week I asked you all for healthy snack suggestions. Frozen yogurt bark was something I have never heard about until now, and something that I knew immediately I would enjoy a lot. I’m such an ice cream and milkshake fan. Basically anything creamy and cold. Just looking at that list - it’s not the healthiest, so I have tried to see alternatives to get that creamy cold texture without the added creams and sugar. So of course I was so excited to find out about frozen yogurt barks! I know it’s the winter but that’s just how much I love frozen desserts! Anyone relate?

So here I am immediately getting ingredients to make these … and they came out delicious!!!

Recipe below!! — There’s so many recipes out there if you are looking for more specific measurements. But I found different yogurt brands have different level of sweetness, which is why I chose to keep it broad.
