Chinese Style Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

  • Chicken soup base

  • Young Kimchi

  • Mushrooms

  • Fish Balls

  • White Onion

  • Cilantro

  • Scallions

Directions:

  • Start the Soup: Begin by boiling your chicken soup base. Once boiling, add in the mushrooms and young kimchi along with a splash of kimchi juice for extra flavor.

  • Cook Noodles and Fish Balls: In a separate pot, boil the noodles and fish balls. Once they are cooked, drain them and then add them into the soup.

  • Season: Add salt according to your taste preferences.

  • Garnish and Serve: Top your soup with thinly sliced white onions, cilantro, and scallions for a fresh and flavorful finish.
