Avocado Rice Cake “Toast”
One of my favorite breakfast foods! All sourced from Trader Joe’s, but you can also find these ingredients at your local grocery store. The rice cake gives that crunch I want without eating a buttered toast. The avocado kickstarts my healthy fats and fiber for the day. The egg is a great source of protein. And my favorite everything but the bagel seasoning. I drool every time. I don’t even bother putting any extra salt in the mashed avocado or egg because this seasoning also includes salt and hits all the right spots 😋.
